Ruth Keipp Visual Art ships FREE to collectors in the 48 United States and Washington D.C. with art work carefully wrapped in plastic and protected by box or crate to ensure minimal movement during the shipping process. 

Your art purchase will be shipped from Delaware, USA,  within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the collector. Upon successful receipt of the undamaged art, the customer's original purchase will be fully refunded. 

International shipping is considered on a case-by-case basis, and international shipping charges will be the responsibility of the collector.

In the event a collector is dissatisfied with a Ruth Keipp Visual Art purchase, you are offered a 7-day return and refund policy.  Upon receipt of my artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you'd like to keep the purchased artwork, or return it for a full refund.   

You may return any purchased artwork provided that it is shipped to the artist in its original condition and packaging.
